Not sure if Nkve has any potholes?

Maybe I hit the pothole much earlier and it let go today.. But I can guarantee you there was no bulge in sight

Anyway what done is done.. Hope no one has same issues like me

Guys,
Any reliable tyre shop can recommend to purchase 4 tyre (195/55R15) + Balancing + GST + alignment of Yoko Fleva donuts in Klang Valley? Thanks.

this tyre is really hard to find reviews. is it true directional tires are more noisy?
i am deciding between this tire and MC5 continental.

tire size 215/50/R17

This "Nestum" does not accept trade in used tyre. Used to buy CD02 tyre from them. 1 thing I dislike them is there is an Aunty in the shop very LCLY.

People often said directional tires more noisy but for this new Fleva, the noise rating is only 67-69db so should be pretty quiet.
This tire should be better than MC5 coz it's already UHP class which is 1 performance category higher than the mid range MC5.

thanks for the comment.
I realized the treadwear is lower at 300, compared to my previous primacy 340, pilot sport3 320.

Yes slightly lower but should not make too much difference at least compared to PS3 at 320. I'd expect with normal driving and assuming the alignment in good condition and rotate every 15 or 20k km, a 300 TW tire should last minimum 50k km. Last time I used the F1D5 (also TW 300) last me around 55k km and that's with occasional aggressive driving and pushing hard in the corners with a 1.6 ton d-segment car without rotation (coz my car is staggered setup). If drive normal with rotation and lighter car, surely it should last longer than that.

Noise rating is about the same for both at below 70db, but probably Primacy should be more comfortable after longer use coz it's designed to be sitting at the mid range performance with comfort as the main criteria, while the Advan Fleva is sitting at the UHP category which is to focus more on performance instead of comfort.

Been using for 1.5 days. So far great tyres and highly recommended. Good grip on turns and quiet stable on the highway.
just waiting for heavy rain to test it out further.

Yoko Fleva review in the following tyre review web site on wet test so bad? Is it safe to drive on wet roads? Thanks.

Hmm based on this test, seems this tire is more focused for dry and comfort! laugh.gif Let's see more feedback from others.
Also another point to note is the new Falken Azenis FK510 can perform surprisingly good, matching much more expensive tires, so this tire can be a very good value for money. Then tires which are supposedly in a slightly lower performance category like CPC6 & P7 can match or beat higher performance category tires like the Sportmaxx RT2 & F1A3. F1A3 though I think might end up higher if not for its expensive price. Wonder how PS4 would fare in this test but I think it should top it, so if yo have budget for PS4, just buy that one. Also same case for CSC5/6 series, which surely are even better than CPC6. It's a pity difficult to get the Dunlop Sportmaxx RT in Malaysia.

Thanks for the review link! thumbup.gif
