This article explains a lot of things on why some riders have faded in performance.

I believe Fabio + Toprak on Monster Yamaha bike = Monster Team
Both seems to gel well with Yamaha's lack of Top Speed with superb braking control, superb cornering.

I'd disagree, even though both on Yamaha's but totally different bike characteristics. As explained by Dovi, you can't brake as hard on the MotoGP bike, it's strength lies in the corner speed. Toprak loves stoppees.

Yeah the bikes now are more on corner speeds so the hard brakers are having tougher times, probably that's why Dovi and also VR cannot be as fast anymore.

It's so fast in corners that they touch the ground with their elbows instead of knees, especially the new generation of riders.

Such a shame, I am hoping he gets another chance with another manufacturer. He is a fast rider but somehow can't gel with the current version M1. Hoping at least for him to switch over to WSBK for a swansong.

At least he can take pride in beating MM to the line a few times.

WorldSBK fun just begun, Toprak back to last year's performance, Bautista back to crashing old days of own self. Points overhaul is now possible.

SpoTV no show live, had to stream. Ironically he got his first triple win when he is not as dominant as last year. Almost got it last year but I think he had to drop one place because he was on the green.

Yup AB crashed out in race 1 while TR swept all 3 races so he is back in the fight with JR now very close to AB too in 2nd. Hope TR can keep his momentum so all 3 will be right in the fight all the way to the end. Pity there was no broadcast on the 3rd race last time.

You beat me to it lol. If TN stays with LCR, I wonder how the relationship will go, Rins has been very critical of TN's riding lately.

Maybe once Rins ride that Honda he will understand why TN was wild crasher because the bike was uncontrollable, lol
