What a blunder by AE! Lol FQ now is almost 1 win ahead. With FB and EB both crashed out, it's FQ title to lose now.

I hope Taka is ok, that's a big whack to the head. AE must feel like he wants to crawl under a rock and stay there forever. Great race in Moto2 btw!

Won the sprint race, first win of the season, JR off the podium for 2nd race. HS35 was as high as 13th, was hoping for him to get his first points but he crashed. On a positive note though, he was miles ahead of his team-mate in all sessions.

A lot of MotoGP riders at the WSBK race, I saw most of the VR46 riders. I spotted Rossi, Bagnaia, Bezzechi. Dovi was there too, maybe thinking of switching next year? Looking back I think Rossi should have gone to SBK for at least 2 years, it would be great if he could win a championship there but then he may not be consistently in the top too considering how competitive it is at the top,

Meanwhile Jonathan Rea's Kawasaki contract until end of this season, yet have not discuss on the contract renewal. Speculation he's interested to join Ducati.

Imagine 2 Ducatis versus Toprak next season, dream race.

I don't think Ducati is interested, or there's any spot for them unless it's an independent team. Ducati already very happy with Bautista and 2nd spot usually reserved for Italian rider. Rinaldi doing a decent job at the moment. Kawasaki still a competitive machine.

Biaggi era WSBK had decent talents like old guards consisting of Bayliss, Corser, Haga, new bloods like Spies & Rea & fellow MotoGP refugees like Checa, Kiyonari & returning Xaus. Current grid hardly moves the needle for me laugh.gif

Aaron Slight? I'd say Haga was most successful rider not to win a championship. Don't forget Fogarty. I remember one season the top runners had number 1,11 & 111 fighting closely together regularly. I think Aaron Slight was no 111.

FB63 really losing ground, that's a costly mistake. Luca Marini seems to get better with the GP22.
