Hafizh Syahrin was pretty quick in FP1 yesterday, he placed 11th. Was around the same place in FP2 but that lap was cancelled then he crashed. Hope he carries the momentum in the races.

I think first time in awhile I see FQ struggling to match the other riders, he seemed fast before the LLP. Amazing ride for Aleix to stick behind FQ after his crash in FP.

QUOTE(voscar @ Aug 9 2022, 11:56 PM) He was a lucky champion, more so than Hayden cuz only won due to FQ messed up. Meanwhile just realized that Austria track already modified for Motogp with additional chicane in between turn 1 and 2 to reduce risk of dangerous crash approaching the hairpin uphill turn 3. |

For this track I remember Rossi missed being crashed into by inches. That was scary to watch.Meanwhile just realized that Austria track already modified for Motogp with additional chicane in between turn 1 and 2 to reduce risk of dangerous crash approaching the hairpin uphill turn 3. |

QUOTE(voscar @ Aug 9 2022, 11:56 PM) He was consistently in the top 5 that year but not dominant, I wasn't expecting him to win any races even. And personally I don't think he is mentally strong enough. He's been struggling with confidence a lot this year. |

Great 2 see the mega change after A1 never raced motoGP 4 many years hahahaha Also the moment the wheel was a hair inch away from hitting Rossi cornering is still not forgotten yet We dont want another Simoncelli moment again Thankfully no GP deaths yet though i aware moto 1 moto 2 already lost some rookies years ago QUOTE(jaykay4540 @ Aug 20 2022, 09:13 PM) Good ideaWhat F1 did success motoGP must do the same PS : Netflix will show motoGP take on DTS soon with Brad Pitt narrating fuiyoh This post has been edited by skylinelover: Aug 21 2022, 05:50 PM |

This race shows why FQ deserves to be champ. On a track supposedly dominated by the Ducs, he was almost challenging for the win while the other Ducs aside from Peco are not living up to the bike potential and making mistakes. Instead of working as a team to limit FQ, they just think and race for themselves and ended up beaten by FQ, dissapointing.

Good ride by Marini. Diam2 he finished 4th and top Independent while others make mistakes. Some surprising fun and games in Moto2 as Chantra try to overtake Ogura despite "2nd OK" message.

Could it be Yamaha bike friendly on the tyres while Ducati bikes worn out tyres? |
