AUD ok la..... how much for one phone only if you consider their income vs phone price. Same with SGD. But MYR different. Gaji RM3k per month can afford to buy RM4k phone. Some even instalment 2 years.

That's why.... priorities people! My colleague who works for SGD branch of my company earns average SGD 4k per month, 128gb iphone 7 only SGD 1218. That's 30% of their monthly salary. Over here in MYR, salary average RM5k for the same job. 128gb iphone 7 RM3699 (est). 74% of their monthly income. Sad but true.

Is basically the management of files on IOS vs Android
To me is quite an important issue but could be totally unimportant to others

IOS restricts any file type to only one app and one must reassigned the same file to other apps if needed eg a PDF file if assigned to Adobe Reader cannot be read by any other apps unless I reassigned it again and that needs iTunes
Using iTunes to manage my files collection is troublesome
Most files ( except video) I am unable to delete directly on phone unless to use iTunes
All files downloaded through Mail app if I assigned a certain app to open it , I must use the same app to access it again
Whatsapp : every image and video files is lumped together in one single Camera folder together with all my other photos. Deleting any images/videos on whatsapp will not delete the file and I need to manually go into camera folder to delete it and than select empty from Deleted folder
Downloading attachments on Mail app is terribly slower vs even my lowest end Android. One still need a separate app to send attachments thro Mail.
I had purchased Sandisk iXpand 64GB drive to act as external USB OTG drive but is overall a disappointing experience - file transfer speeds is so terribly slow vs Android. And the Sandisk drive isn't cheap either.

The iPhone is overall a very good efficient phone other than these file management issues. Such files management is easily done on any Android and on the phone itself. I could easily create any folders on phone internal memory or ext SDCard and move files easily within phone itself. No need to connect phone with PC to do such simple tasks
My iPhone I used mainly to watch all my subscribed iTunes podcasts, listen to Music and watch Movies and I had spent close to RM 5K on Apps/Music/Movies alone on these in past 8+ years.

The matte black does it looks like the space gray on Apple Watch?

how does the home button feel compare to previous iPhone model ?

MYR depreciate + SG got higher standard of living compare to MY

I guess I'm one of the minority.
I think the matte black looks more like an aftermarket job.
Am at the Apple Store now and the matte black is such a fingerprint magnet as well.
I'll post pics later.

Home button feels great man. I thought it was gonna suck but after trying it in person I must say it's really easy to get used to it.
