I thought finally our BN government is getting "smart", can renew online d.. But apparently it's a useless online application! Had the same cari jari issue like many faced it, when i can use the passport scanner fine all these years. Then i tried the rekey-in method mentioned above, still the same, just that every time it gives me a different error excuses! Bodoh betul system government ni! #@&^$%

Not only fingerprint issue but photo not qualiied also...have to retake photo at counter, waste money go photo shop to upload photo

hi all sifus, good morning.

What is the best way to submit the photo without being rejected?

Do i have to go to some photo shop to take the picture stating that it is for passport renewal purpose, and then get the softcopy from him and uplaod for submission?

Ya, just go to UTC to renew it. No problem, just their online system bahlia

Wanna ask if we still need to bring our own photo for renewal? Or the officer take for us on the spot?

how about to new passport holder ??

going to UTC can make passport during public holiday ?? like tomorrow . 6/11/2018 , possible to go make passport right ??

holiday tutup. best if you go to those mini UTC on weekdays after work lesser humans. but since it's end of the year many humans go holiday so expect more humans apply la. if I still can recall they got break 1 hour for dinner 7pm to 8pm.
