I like Avenham Type C for the double volume space at the pavilion setting. smile.gif

Yeah, but I think Pavilion Homes in EF macam not bad too, when I see their scale model.......

Yeah, but I think Pavilion Homes in EF macam not bad too, when I see their scale model.......

Given that there are precedence (EG and EA), EF can just copy the best layout and apply tongue.gif

Other than Avenham Type C, I think Graham Type A is nice for the corner lot (for exposure to the natural sunlight at the double volume space) and Graham Type B for the "generous" dinning / kitchen area at the expense of sacrificing one bedroom at the ground floor.

Indeed, so far i think EF pavilion home is the best practical pavilion series for the time being......but still need to wait EW to finalise their layout then we will conclude it.....

I heard the show village will b opening with show gallery, is it confirmed?

10 to 12 years is fair enough... k.l land are fully explore and vacant. Anything new development and exciting news should be around this radius from k.l.

Yup, very soon KL run out of land.
Any new township should be 30km or even further from city area.
