Hi bro, ya they will bank into Alliance Account. Eco World will request you open an Alliance Bank account in order for them to bank in the money to you. You may consult with your SA if you have not receive any letter from them. After opening the account, you have to email your acc number, prove of the letter back to Eco Grandeur.

I think so... do you know what is the calculation for the progressive interest payment? Not sure how much would it be for the first progressive interest.

Interest payment will be on monthly basis. So it shall be till end of the month.

Ohh loan disbursed! i calculate based on total loan.. hahaha sorry my bad... so for first phase will be 10% of total loan?

Provided you borrow 90% then the first loan disbursement shall be the 2 (a) stage which is 10% of the S&P amount.

Yes, there are many phases in future. Future phases include DSL, semi D, banglo, apartment and commercial as well. The whole township will take more than 10 years to be fully developed.

if 10% disbursed, the progress interest will be +- 100~200 only for phase 1.
