Hi guys, hope anyone can help providing some advise on my case.

I am about to purchase a product from an individual based in HongKong (FYI he doesnt own a shop or any). He will be sending me a request on paypal for the payment, but my for own safety, will i be protected by paypal buyer policy if the seller did not fulfill the order?

I would need some clarification and hopefully someone would chime in.

1) I have a paypal account in Malaysia
2) My friend has a paypal account in Malaysia
3) He needs to send me USD100

Would I be charged a fee if he sends me USD100?
I do not want to withdraw the USD.

**Reason I am asking is that paypal now has NO table, page or link to their fees in the website or mobile app.

The FAQ states fees can be found at the bottom of any page, but there is totally no link below.

Whats the fastest way we can withdraw paypal? If bank they dont work till monday. Any other choices?

Unfortunately, I still unable to top up from RHB. They seem like not providing this service. There is no way I can add money in this case to my Paypal.

I tried to withdraw from Paypal on 20th April but the next day paypal reversed the withdrawal. Anyone else encounter this problem? I scared kena another failed withdrawal fee or if it's because now Raya season so banks not processing the transaction for some reason.

we still dont have any other solution for this? as of today, RHB bank apparently no longer support paypal topup.

No other solution yet. I just keep it in my PayPal.
