I believe u're talking about UOB cards.. hehe.. they don't allow online purchases

As long the seller accepts paypal funds... they will deduct from paypal funds not from cards... if ur account have USD75 and u buy stuffs like for USD100... i think they'll deduct the balance from ur card... if not mistaken..

i think u better top up another 15-20 bucks to ur card leh.... Rm25 in ur card is deposit only cannot be used one... u have imagine that ur only got Rm5 LOL...

i usually use internet banking to transfer/pay $$ t6o my debit card...

u can even do that from the atm...

NexG fees are chargeable monthly.. =) equivalent to RM36 a year if not mistaken...

u can go to ATM to do the transfer also. If u got PB internet banking.. u have to let the clerk know and fill the form to attach your card to the account =) then only u can transfer fund betweeen ur savings and ur card online..

b) What topup do you mean?
c) You cannot use Ambank Debit Card to withdraw cash from Paypal. There's no option to withdraw money from Paypal in Malaysia at the moment. But you can try some products offered online such as US based bank accounts or debit cards.



Extra info for Public Bank Visa Electron users. You can now sign up for AFT... Automatic Funds Transfer if you have a Savings Account with PB.

a) you'll have to go to the clerk at the info desk to help u terminate it.
b) No, you mat not topup your card from Paypal. You can topup via online banking if you have savings account with Ambank.

c) You cannot use Ambank NexG to withdraw funds from paypal. But if u really want to withdraw straight from paypal. Maybe I would suggest www.ikobo.com but i personally have not tried using it. =)

I just found out those error that you guys having is some error caused by a glitch in their server maintenance. I would suggest you all to delay on accepting whatever payment u're getting later.

Nobody knows... but seriously, i think it's best to avoid dealing with paypal payment for now until they have settle the problem.

you can try to delay the payment if u can trust the person.. else, avoid using paypal.

usually based on the current FOREX rates at the time of sales...
sometimes banks very teruk wan... convertion + % for bank to makan.. LOL then only release payment...

that's why sometimes rates varies... i think...

not just fraud la...
don't forget trading paypal funds is also against their terms and condition..
