paypal + debit card maybank is the best..but the transfer..if you want to transfer from paypal to maybank takes 4-7 days

I've been informed that if you use Mastercard to
add funds to your Paypal account, you can't
withdraw from it back into your credit card account
later.

In other words, you are not allowed to credit back your
Mastercard account from Paypal funds.

everyone who use paypal will face this problem!
if you got problem with your paypal account access has been limited. no worries.
just give them softcopy of any bill statement that you have (eg : Astro, Phone or Utility bill).
but make sure your name,address,telephone number is the same like the detail on your paypal account.
upload and give them.
after that call them, since we dont have paypal HQ here yet. call Paypal Singapore.
told them you already send them your proof (bill statement just now). they will check if everything is okay.
then after 5 minutes, you can use ur paypal account back!

and make sure to call paypal customer service after you send them.
if you dont call them it will took forever to access your account back.

i had added 2 debit card on my paypal account and i had set my 2nd card as primary card why my paypal still deduct money from my 1st card ? ><

Called maybank up and they activate the oversea transaction then can already.

Now where do I view my debit card statement for the 4pin

u have to go to accounts and banking -> View Account Details (hit GO) -> Debit Card History

usually after 1 day. or u can call number behind ur card.

u can only withdraw 2000 per month kot and maximum is 12000 if ur account not verified yet

after i verify my paypal the rm10 refund goes to my paypal account ... anyway to get it back to my own bank account ? i can use that rm10 it say minimum withdraw usd 40 ? @.@ ?
