More bright than GT1 .. put scotch tape...😂😂

My wife complaining that's it's too bright...

Don't like the full SD card slot...

Specs wise almost the same except the wifi with antenna (better range) and 32GB ROM vs 16GB of GT1...

Didn't install Kodi17...

Will try to disable the amcodec and see tonight...

Finally received the Mini MXiii ii bought on behalf of a friend yesterday morning and had it setup using AresWizard which was a breeze.

Smooth and snappy as expected based on other similar spec. Installed others like Rice, FlyingFox, TV2.0 etc etc etc without drama using the stock file manager. Wifi connected very well.

However encountered 3 problems..

- There's an update but when i tried via OTA, the installation encountered error

- The video brightness in Kodi, apk and even other movie file played seems slightly darker

- There's this small icon that appears on right middle of the screen, can't figure out yet how to remove it

But for now, it's good overall

Hi, I am interested in GT1 and MXIII-II. But after reading from this thread and the common problem is the video brightness. Is this problem because of hardware or software or firmware? Any chance to solve it by setting HDR option to "off" instead of "auto" or "on"?

First the circle with the icon, you installed ES File Explorer right? If so go into settings and you will see "Logger floating Widget" turn to off and the circle is gone.

Now for Beelink GT1 and MiniMXIII II, I posted in the Beelink Forum and ask Beelink (like they care) to fix Kodi dark screen and crashes. I have bought (2) GT! and (8) MiniMXIII II due to the fact I love the launcher and great price for the specs. So once the dark is fixed in Kodi this will be one of the better TV boxes out there.
