First the circle with the icon, you installed ES File Explorer right? If so go into settings and you will see "Logger floating Widget" turn to off and the circle is gone.

Now for Beelink GT1 and MiniMXIII II, I posted in the Beelink Forum and ask Beelink (like they care) to fix Kodi dark screen and crashes. I have bought (2) GT! and (8) MiniMXIII II due to the fact I love the launcher and great price for the specs. So once the dark is fixed in Kodi this will be one of the better TV boxes out there.
