Std Kodi seems to crash though I liked it as it comes installed with plenty addon, need to get rid some. So still testing Kodi
Kodi Media didn't function at all, maybe need to reinstall? Where do I get it?
Couldn't add on YouTube for Android as it doesn't allowed to install from USB, maybe setting issue...hmmm
WiFi is great

Overall... Disappointing compared to Sunvell T95M I had for short time

Ok, YouTube (from PlayStore) working fine 1080p no problem, however i still prefer the version Youtube for Android (might install this to see how it pens out...

Looks like I'm gonna reinstall the Kodi all over again this weekend

Unable to install app from thumb drive, something to do with parsing, dunno what the hell is it, but portable hard drive it can detect (wtf... )

Simple addon like Exodus & Salts (can't play 1080 smoothly), VidTime, Phoenix that came with it is not working as usual.... dissapointing

Of all, the remote is super flimsy and has to be operated from 4' distance...

Times like this the Q16 Quad Core is premium while the Sunvell T95M is the best entry box ever personally tested (wifi even better than GT1)

Yup, shut down is terribly long, hopefully it'll be shorter after complte re-install or maybe I'll just factory reset

I'm very happy with RTN12hp router, on Q16 & T95M, youtube doesn't buffer even at 1080p using only 2.4ghz. However on Speed Test, the GT1 wifi achieved only 50% of the connection speed while Q16 & T95M gets 90% of the speed (30mbps) which is much better

Hope that improved once reinstalled or reset back to factory i this weekend, otherwise I'll just file for refund and replaced it with Nexbox A95X

The device sems to be working perfectly today without me fiddling anything.... Strange

Has been watching YouTube the past hour plus on the iPhone 7 launch presentation on 1080, running damned smooth

All this via WiFi

My recurring problem since day 1

Same thing, another problem detected, if use remote to reduce or increase volume, it affects my TV in which the TV will reset and I've to choose the HDMI port that was set

just did factory reset...

Will clean up Kodi... Then test again

Did the update as well, if problem persist, will opt to return

How's the remote range for the mxiii from 6' distance? Is it good like your TV remote?

Finally received the Mini MXiii ii bought on behalf of a friend yesterday morning and had it setup using AresWizard which was a breeze.

Smooth and snappy as expected based on other similar spec. Installed others like Rice, FlyingFox, TV2.0 etc etc etc without drama using the stock file manager. Wifi connected very well.

However encountered 3 problems..

- There's an update but when i tried via OTA, the installation encountered error

- The video brightness in Kodi, apk and even other movie file played seems slightly darker

- There's this small icon that appears on right middle of the screen, can't figure out yet how to remove it

But for now, it's good overall

This MXiii ii bought couple of months back for a friend, encountered this problem

Anyone knows what it is and how to rectify it? I can't read Chinese...

Box arrived, managed to do factory reset. Reinstall everything, looks OK,. No LightHome error yet, there's a ln OTA update but failed to update not sure why.

Any idea what improvement this new update 19-1-2017 brings to MXiii ii?

Still unable to install new update despite it being able to download...Hmmm

Anyway, this may sound a bit crazy, I realised the box kinda suck the Unifi data when i install app from Play Store.... So much so it affects the Himedia on my ground floor...

My son called to informed it finally updated when he was trying it this morning. The start up improved and exit of Kodi is a tad faster

So think it's OK now. One thing I like abt this box is that the UI is better than A95X especially when you exit an application it goes straight to home page.

The A95X Nexbox will go into a blank screen b4 home page pops out which is annoying and slow
