As long you using JR Rail Pass...You cannot onboard ''Nozomi'' Class Train.
''Nozomi'' & ''Mizuho'' are not included inside JR Rail Pass.
Not only Malaysian, rest of world also same.

Sacwoc are working at Japan. He was not fit into category of getting JR Rail Pass.
So Am I.
JR Rail Pass only for those temporary visitor who tourist visit to Japan.
