What info are u looking for?
There's Somerset 1, Somerset 2, Sinaria and Blossom square shop lot in this area.
Others confirmed commercial not for sale is Sanctuary Mall and Gamuda 257 waterfront.

Ya noticed some info on the various upcoming shops & malls in this area. Looks like Eco Somerset 1 & 2 are more centrally located vs the others but Somerset 1 and 2 price from 1.8 Mil to 2.1 Mil in 1 short year ? While I am exploring few choices, wonder what is the launch price for Somerset 1's main road facing unit ?

My finding could be the same as most of you ie:
- 3,000+ acres development by 4 top 10 developers (can't think of any other similar site with 4 developers squeezing in concurrently)
- seems a next growth corridor but matter of how long
- 2 International schools
- Desa Parkcity concept by Eco Sanctuary
- upcoming SRJK ©
- upcoming malls
- A South West Klang Valley Golden Triangle in the making (BSP + Here + Kota Kemuning)

Any other growth factors ...... ?

I'm looking for a 700ish sqft condo around Canal area... and noticed Parque is going for around RM750/sf?!

GOt discount issit... cause this kinda pricing is abit gila leh in today's market environment...

Huge landscape inside parque, average 40 units / acre.
Maybe you can consider BR, starting 800+sqft if not mistaken, not launching yet.

TA condo too, sitting on the central park.

The huge landscape pasal, try the sales gallery, there is a booklet with detailed landscape design for parque, envy..
