unlike fnG, if management body don't approve it, easy, just pay money to local council to approve and reno it. at best, management body will forfeit yr fee.

actually i am not favour to see those reno done for residential house esp like these high class residential taman...spoil the uniformity of the design. but what to do, its theirs money...

Does anyone know what places is that area (the spot marked with red line)  , as i always can see big smoke coming out from that area and makes the whole eco santuary vry smelly and haze (it happend quite frequently) .I can see it from my condo balcony .... 

No wander....i can say it happend almost every day... Especially when the wind blow towards my direction . I wonder why government did not take any action and also wonder how the resident over there can survive with such fresh air environment . Last few weeks is even worst , can see big fire and big smoke , even can see bomba lights went in to fight the fire .... but that time is like "no rain"season , so i thought it happend by nature due to weather too hot ...but untill today that particular spot still coming out big smoke ....(really shake head) .... Anyway i had drop complaint at https://eaduan.doe.gov.my//  hope they will do something ... and when it goes worst , it also affect Kota kemuning .....
