Redmi Note 3 better or Redmi Note 4 better?
Let said both 2RAM+16GB.
I seem someone still choose Redmi Note 3(MY) version which price mostly same as Redmi Note 4(Import). Why?
Because of warranty(MY)? Or Redmi Note 4 got problem?

well redmi note 4 got larger screen than redmi 4 prime.. so which one you're more into? larger screen? for graphics imo sd's faster bit tho..but for daily usage and so on.. seems x20 is faster.

MY due to warranty from Mi Malaysia.
SD version seems have better xda/indie dev support.. but if you're not into flashing custom roms and such..redmi note 4 is fine.

redmi 4 have global rom, but need to wait 1 month.

If my redmi note 4 come with global rom is that necessary for me to flash it to other rom?

Initially, my idea was to get the RN4 as a spare phone.. but after my prev hp went kaput, it became my main phone. Lemme summarise what I like/dislike abt the phone:
+ latest mediatek chipset Helio X20
+ 3gb ram & 64gb rom (expandable via microSD)
+ big screen, minimum bezel
+ big battery 4100mAh
+ fast charge, lasts long (enough for 1 day work with full charge)
+ infrared (can use as remote, tried on my tv, a/cond, fan, etc)
+ notification light (selectable colours), also displayed when charging (red->yellow->green)
+ fingerprint (very fast response eg unlock phone)
- camera picture quality ok la
- cant find any pouch other than the cheap rm10 transparent tpu case at the moment
- 2pin charger (but i use my 3pin nokia 1020 charger)
- not official in msia, so warranty is by supplier

As i see above, ROM ok? not sure what rom means.
My use normally call and internet. No really heavy duty. So still choose RN4 or RN3.

before buying, ask the merchant flash to global rom first ..either rm3 or rn4 will do just fine for your usage.

may i ask you, how's your bluetooth? can connect to car bluetooth?
because mine one can detect my smarth watch and others phone but not to my car. =\

Nice.. What colour did u guys choose? Might get either black or dark grey.. and that same shop also have the tempered glass.. U guys use tempered glass or not?

I suggest you use tempered glass. I use the phone without casing and glass protector for 3 days.. already got fine hairline scratch on the screen. It's certainly not as good as other higher end phone glass. I'm using dark blue case on my grey set. It looks good.
