Saw a flyer on my car window from MBSB

"Quarter Pounder Deal"
3 months deal at 3.9x%

6,9,12 months placement at 4.xx%

Any idea what is the xxx?

Guys, the xx is 00 - I have confirmed it with their staff at the counter. It's a marketing strategy to attract people's attention.

From what I understand, if the amount is BIG, they are willing to give special rates, probably an addition 0.05-0.1%

1. Withdraw anytime via ATM card?
2. Is there any charge for the initial deposit or withdrawal within the period?

just tried placing m2u e-GIA for 10k 12mth, there wasn't any note on the 4.1% step-up interest like before... the door closed so soon after reopening??
