I don't see news about oversea note7 users encountering freeze/reboot problem. Likely SME got the bad batch.

By google the news, scratch-gate appeared to be the only big issue.

Agree! He/She is from Samsung. So dont bother him.

Anyone who used overnight fast charging on the same phone for few years can confirm that battery life span affected?
*
I've been fast-charged my phone for almost 2 years now and over-charged it almost every nights.

The battery percentage are dropping quite fast but I don't think its because of fast charging. Maybe over-charged.

no need to be so offensive & defensive first of all

secondly human are not perfect and you're included too. when human manufacture first batch product there will be always a problem for it

why not you bought samsung company and give us 'first batch' product that have no problem at all

your reply makes me almost  puke.gif

Funny, even I think if you are working for Samsung. Otherwise, I do not know the reasons you are being so defensive on them.

Secondly, any companies is deserved to be complained by customers once they screwed up. "Human are not perfect" rule isn't apply in marketing. I would suggest you go back to University again.

Thirdly, I am a customer as well. I don't make phones.

Lastly, the feeling is mutual. Your comment makes I feel like the lowest standard feedback/comment from Samsung Customer Service.

I'm wondering if the same people that have raised the issue of the phone freezing and boot looping here are the same ones that are bombarding Samsung's FB page? I hope so... Otherwise it would mean that there are many, many faulty Note 7 units out there...

You just call to Samsung Customer Service and ask for the reporting quantity for this quality issue.

It's very obvious you did not even bother to read and comprehend about my first post. Scroll up and go to previous page to re-read

Did i mentioned customers cannot complain? You can't imagine how hard i laugh @ you behind my laptop right now laugh.gif

All i did wrote in my post Samsung did not point gun on your head to buy their first batch product. What makes you think my statement have to do with customers cannot make a complain?

Doing a personal attack won't work on me but constructive post will.

Lastly making an assumption based on statements and did not even know how to comprehend makes me double puke.gif

mine peak 34C on WiFi. considered okay. my previous S7E also the same.
how does it look like?

Good to know that.

It's unsettling to me that note3 runs so cool in comparison to note7 side by side.

only that the rate of degrading is much better nowadays the difference is barely noticable

good thing is the battery is under year warranty (not 6 months anymore)

since it is non-removable, thus it cant be considered as 'accessories'

Chill out... understandable feeling for being unlucky to buy a defective unit. Money spent and not able to use it. That sucks

Anyone monitors their note 7 temperature?

My note7 runs warmer than note3. Note7 just feel warmer even when not under heavy work load.

Normal browsing, temperature is 32C for note3, 35C for note7
