I submitted both times to developers sales gallery. First time got rejected in 3 weeks time cause of incomplete documents. Second times got accepted in 2 weeks time.

Yesterday I just submitted to Putra Jaya, I ask check my documents is the completed or not to avoid resubmit again and ask the office usually wait around how long she said 1-2 months I was shock 😳😳

if the applicant's combined household salary is slightly above 15k, means zero chance? or is there a way to appeal?

won't say zero chance but wont be above 1% neither but can always try
15k is actually already an increase from max 10k originally

icic.. just that when u wanna apply Rumawip, need to sign AKUJANJI. Scared to declare.. lol. thought got some appeal process to consider.
