For me, cementery is a NO for me cos i very pantang about it. I had stayed at condo which is next to highway for 3yrs plus, ok for me, so rather choose a project near highway...

Got some other projects be it affordable government scheme or non subsidize normal project also with next door HTC, open window and can hang your clothes directly on the HTC cable, ppl also BBB.

face HTC if can avoid facing directly to highway i choose face htc. actually i won't choose either one but this is a hypothetical scenario where only two option available.

1) that may not be cheap
2) may not work so well.
3) your window always all closed so no ventilation / fresh air.
4) on aircon the whole day.

it's your house, not a hotel room.

just go to the shell on NKVE between damansara and kota d. and stand there facing the highway you can imagine the noise.

i;ve visited condo next to highway before. can't hear the sales agent talking, have to shout.

Without signing the S&P, you can still reject. Just dont sign and you will not be binded legally.

But then again if you reject after balloting and got assign a unit, there is no guarantee you can still apply other rumahwip project elsewhere.

Only sign the S&P after obtaining bank loan (got bank offer letter). Unless you super confident will get loan or gonna buy with cash, then can sign straight away.
You can apply up to 5 RUMAHWIP project all at once.
