I don't think you can as rumahwip is strictly for first home buyer only. But I am not sure please check with your sales adviser.

KKK is the only Kondominium and freehold project among all Rumawip projects.

It is however slow take up in sales.

Just bear in mind you cannot sell this project for 10 years after signing SPA.

Wonder what's the chances of getting a rumawip for my parents? No KL property but do have an apt in selangor. Rumawip website only states no Kl property and the income restriction that my parents easily fall within.

There is 4 rumawip project with Freehold title..

Btw, even it is Freehold, All rumawip land has been gazetted as Rumah Mampu milik land..

It depends on your age. If you are 30 years old or below, people will say "wow, so young already bought property already". That being said, in fact, most of the people are aware that Rumawip buyers are required to pay 10% downpayment upon signing the S&P whereas private project we can buy with minimum deposit without making 10% downpayment.

Don't think that is an issue as people progress over time.

It is possible for rich business man to own multiple / diversified portfolio to growth his wealth journey.
