i mean in eiten picture size v can change from small(160X120), medium(640X480) and large(1632X1224) rite??tat means eiten change picuture size by changing the resolution, tis will totally affect the file size...

but k800i cant, when v choose picture size in k800i, it only can change MP from VGA(not sure), 1MP(not sure), 2MP(1632X1224) and 3MP(not sure)...v cannot change the resolution, so even v chose 2MP, it default resolution is 1632X1224
file size at least 500kb+, tis is a waste

about no4 pulak iprefer press number cos touch too much the Dpad oso not good...mayb is my hand dirty to touch it or wat, mine Dpad alrdy fll of dark spot and the arrow part alrdy like color luntur...

Ok, hope i don't get u wrong this time. Actually i think VGA in k800 is same to MEDIUM in eiten coz VGA is 640x480. Then 2MP in k800 is same as LARGE in eiten. Coz 2MP is 1632x1224. So if u want smaller size, u can take photo in VGA then.
I think they juz use different word. But maybe K800 provide more choices of resolution though. Sorry, i still get u wrong. Hope u don't mind

For the DPad, i am also started to hv the same problem with u. ACtually last time i also heard from some forumers having the same problem. Don't know what;s the cause and also any solution for this problem?

hmm...ur firmware kinda old but I not sure bt it... since I bought mine when is R4DB005
too bad they din provide any change log...
but shud be the usual one like fixing bug...
if u satisfy with ur firmware then it's ok to keep it tat way

well.. my 1st firmware was R4CA026.. den i upgrade it to d current official as it support chinese language.. anyway appreciate ur time, help and advice..

old fw when switch on camera the LED at camera button there wont flash...
while R4DB005 and above will flash...


but VGA and 3MP stil got different lor...VGA feel not so clear lor...

Of course la....VGA only 640x480 pixels but 3MP has 2048x1536 la....sure better la...
ACtually what i want to say is that in w810i, u hv LARGE, MEDIUM and SMALL or u can say is 2MP, VGA and SMALL whereas K800 u hv 3MP, 2MP, 1MP and VGA. I think when u select LARGE in w810, the photo size is almost the same as 2MP in K800

Maybe we can try install Walkman version 2 and see whether it works . Btw, do u know chinese. If yes, do u mind check out http://chinese2.cari.com.my/myforum/viewth...age%3D1&page=21

protect camera lens by screen protector.. get a good one, martinfield screen protector.. comes with screen protector and lens protector...

dont get a cheap screen protector, cut it to shape and apply on the lens, u will never hv a clear shot anymore by tat..

no crystal case will cover the lens as it will significant reduces the quality of images taken due to direct blockage

it doesnt matter the phone hv HSCSD or EDGE or 3G if u dont use it...

if u think u goona make video call, and most of ur fren hv 3g phones as well, go for w850i..

if u like w810i much and 3G functions is not necessary to you, or u are using digi, go fro w810i then.

but w850i has 3G which IMHO is more common than EDGE n HSCSD...
