I was told if u update an AP phone, somehow the new firmware will have less stuff eg, chinese character typing and support, is that true??

generally,it is advised not to update ur firmware if u r satisfied with ur phone now....FYI,im oso using an older firmware

that's because u used a 2mp caller ID photo as ya caller ID pictures. try use a 0.3mp caller photo as ya caller ID.

of coz the phone need longer time to load a 2MB+ photo than loading a 200kb photo~ be more sensative~

these kinds of themes are called FLASH themes.. available in w810i but not in w800i (unless ur fren heavily mod the w800i).. but only few such themes is available in w810i..

edit: send msg via BT? not possible.. but u can send notes or business card over BT

they develop too little of flash themes
all i can see are animated/still themes
should have more flash themes for us to download

Yeah, i think ur caller pic too big liao.....Should u smaller one sucj as vga. Mine was like that too , then i change to vga the caller pics display faster. Now each time i hv to change the photo size when i want to take photo for caller pic.

Yeah, i hv the same problem also but mine is the left ear dropiing out . I was thinking of doing the way suggested by PetroToxin but didn't change it yet, will it feel weird?

BTWm what's the model of the phone in the display photo? Doesn't seems likea walkman phone.
