got another problem....why most of my pictures in memory stick unable to open? it shown cracked icon in thumbnail....for information i use 512mb MSPD that came with my phone...i just bought this phone 2 weeks ago....anyone can tell why? izit that MSPD is a fake one? i bought from one of LYN member...

cracked icon? that usually means corrupted or invalid files. try to open the files in memory card using card reader. if still cant be opened, then the files already corrupted or not valid.

format the memory card, take some new pic, see of the pictures can be opened not. if same problem found, shud be problem with the MSPD.

some pictures cant be opened in the phone because of the resolution and files format too. make sure pictures you transferred from your comp to the phone is in comaptible format etc.

Hmm? I've been using a crystal case ever since I started owning my Eiten (and starting the ver. 2 of this thread in the process)... And I have never gotten any scratches on my Eiten from using them... As long as you open it up regularly and clean the insides, that is...

As for silicone cases, I bought myself a Pivot from Novacell, and found myself hating it (personally at least, YMMV), because it sticks itself to the insides of my pocket, making it nearly impossible to pull out...

And my crystal case (cases - I've bought a few) have even protected my Eiten from countless drops... The only downside being it's hard to find good crystal cases (some have tiiiny latches and are easy to break), and you've gotta buy a few...

before this i can open my pictures....just last night hav problem....picture that i taken from camera oso canot open...that problrm just ok after i restart hp...

sometimes i get the same problem too. not only pictures, but music and video files as well.

ahhh...no matter lar, just off and on the hp will do.

i wanna ask, what's the latest firmware now? and is it any good?

YEah, better take it back when it stil under warranty. The latest firmware u can get it on the first page They said it increase the battery life. Heard that it'll make some changes in the sound volume and quality also.

for myself of crystal casing, i used it for a few days only and then when my crystal casing broken then i didn't use it anymore. luckily didn't use it cause you guys said it will make your phone create more scratches.

hmm, wait until I drop by lowyat to find such black silicon casing. The Desa Setapak Wangsa Maju shop only has white ones and doesn't suit my taste.

In the mean time, I have to be extra 200% careful when carrying my phone.

& are those scratches result from constant removing and putting back/ when da 1st time u apply it / plz state ....

is there any chance that the call-in ringing tone will improve when i flashed my phone to the latest firmware? i still can't get over my head with this cheap-quality call-in tone...still miss my K500i superb quality

and i also found out that the notification sound (that sound when u sms is successfully delivered one) was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo soft until i cannot hear it....even IF i set my volume to the MAX...so weird...

its quite good alrdy....flashing to the latest firmware may or may not change the volume,it all depends on whether SE wants to tweak it or not,they may even lower it in some cases...
