To put on perspective, The Signature@Hartamas should be quite close benchmark for this Societe.

societe multi level car park memang to cater to improve the parking condition there... the existing land not enough to park all the cars also... since alot are still willing to pay to park... park inside societe aje lo... haha.... the clamp at desa sri hartamas god damn efficient though... cool2.gif cool2.gif

they are the only project share the same address haha.... but rental rate not bad in term of long term and short term rental there... higher than verve suites in term of one bedder rental rate...

how does this compared with Mayland punya dorsett apartments?

almost the same price, fully fitted and ready to move in?

granted different location but at least not near to ramp or highway.

no fight... signature suites rental and market price for studio units also double of their earnings... somehow taman sri hartamas vs desa sri hartamas... still got a wide gap in term of numbers... the old shoplots in desa sri hartamas proven more popular than the mall at least... haha
