geng cao project ini... 50% hentam habis... before really launch also... developer also not much marketing pour into this project.... strong location

ada parking lot... just not attached with the unit only... developer intend to rent out all the car parks dont want to sell car parks... and also to cater to the area's car park issues...

The carpark lots are always full the last few times I've been there. Can't imagine the rampant parking condition there once people start moving in to this project and I'm sure those who go to the commercial lots there will curse it to the max when that day comes.

different... only this project they did because of their own reasons... haha... their other projects give 2 car parks for each unit one leh... haha... and also location la...

maju KL is different beast... they at sucks location + tipu orang gt link to MRT.... best TOD project konon nya sweat.gif sweat.gif

now more parking for sri hartamas ppl to park already after this societe completed... and u get covered car park now compared to previously open under the sun car park... lol

yeah... charging per basis... have season parking also for owners....

to be fair... the open car park previously also always full one... haha.... although first choice for sure is park roadside dulu if there is any legal space... nowadays DBKL clamping very efficient... lolz...

haha... i also seen it near my workplace there... those cheap cars either kena clamp or kena tunda very efficiently... lolz....

msian cant change their way of thinking one... haha... they will only park into the building when illegal parking are also gone... just like sri petaling... the multilevel car park still full despite alot ppl parking illegally outside...

haha sri hartamas mostly old shoplots... with alot more down to earth eateries shop also compared to MK which are more trendy and suits local richer kids but expat may not like those laugh.gif laugh.gif

depends on your investment strategy... all owners have the priority to at least rent a car park from the developer... and they have alot more car park units than no. of residential units...

if u bought a car park at 50k with and include into your loan... rm200 per mth u can only get back your cost by 21 years... and havent include bank interest lagi... if rent out as airbnb... then worse... your 50k car park price will be severely underutilized... tambah ang moh here alot grab here and there one... dont really drive... sit one day at nam heong chicken rice there and u know how those angmoh travel to and from their home... haha

no fight... signature suites rental and market price for studio units also double of their earnings... somehow taman sri hartamas vs desa sri hartamas... still got a wide gap in term of numbers... the old shoplots in desa sri hartamas proven more popular than the mall at least... haha
