If the land price is 100psf...they expect to sell 100x10=1000psf.

But sometimes i also in lost how they evaluate...

Like the german ambassy land.....aay if developer paid 3000psf dun think they can sell 30000psf instead they will sell close to 3000psf for their apartment.

SOHO is not 100% strictly residential therefore no law to require developer to provide carparks.

IF developer is not required by law to provide, they will not.

BUT i dont know how monoland can get away with no providing free carpark for their residential projects. this one catches no balls.

how does this compared with Mayland punya dorsett apartments?

almost the same price, fully fitted and ready to move in?

granted different location but at least not near to ramp or highway.

how a developer can buy back from buyer without terminating the existing contract??????

unless you are talking abt developer will adhere to the spa, completing the project then offer a price for each individual owners to sell back to developer???

then if some owners refused to sell, how??????

to me, BUY BACK before the completion of contract = terminating existing spa.

This is not the first time happening.

Ecovest buy back titiwangsa project. Normally developer will pay penalty + some extra cash to sweeten the deal.
Ecovest also buy back from owners for their hotel block at Eko Cheras project. All owners happy happy je.
