i think CHS swap all there low and low medium cost compliance for all their project in balakong and bmc here.

let see if launch will need sign 2 spa or not. (standard price + reno package)

the eco majestic this yesr launched their small size simpofni 800ft2 at rm260k also need sign 2 spa.

10 acres land by CHS. you will have tough competition. but 1000ft2 is very good for own stay.

but must see what facility throw in. the 800ft2 simfoni by ecomajstic only got swimming pool and half basket ball court i think.

A plus side is that less facilities means less maintenance cost.

but if built with many units, then can lower the cost sharing

more facilities helps on rental market. some tenants want more facilities.

buy highrise but limit facilities like a bit boring also.

Already saw the layout and location.

Got 6 lifts per floor. Guess should be ok.

I have given a RM1000 cheque to a sales agent from DF in June to book a unit, but according to him there are already >1600 cheques collected and early bird package is only applicable to the 1st 1000 bookings, so what he said is I only have 50% chance to wait for those who pull back after launching of the show gallery..

They only started the construction of the showroom in September and should be ready in December.

Three months to build a showroom from scratch is actually quite good already.

phase 1? as i know phase 1 already sold out because when the agent told me to come and choose unit, only about 20 units left to choose. but when i come on saturday, all sold out. so he told me to wait until 17dec to choose unit for phase 2

i made booking on early august.

I see. I will be choosing for phase 2 then. Phase 1 n 2 same price right?
