I have few doubts hope you guys can help to clear it. I'm looking house for investmnt first then follow up with stay (same unit). Thus please share your ideas on below :

1) Shall I go with Vista Bangi or Zamrud Residence ? Both under CHS but I'm not sure which project will give better return.

2) Will zamrud will be the project like Pangsapuri Permai or Hillpark at Bangsar South? Where Vertical Unit is high-ended but Pangsapuri permai & Hillpark is not that flourish. So I'm worried Zamrud & MKH Mall will be something like that.

3) What is meant by 2 SPA ? What are the pro's & con's ?

Ya saw that project also. Quite nice but only two bedrooms. When comparing the per/sqft price canopy Hills more expensive. Hope it has good prospects too. Niway thanks much for your response bro.
