Location wise this project not bad. MRT is within 2km radius. Kajang 2 project by MKH is developing, new mall is coming and surrounding is booming. Only problem is bad jam that area entering to Bandar Kajang. But i guess everywhere is also jam lah.
It depends on what you want it to be. If you work near to Kajang should be a good buy for own stay. For renting i think lowest can go is around 1k because need to compete with other 1000++ units when completed.
But in long term it is going to be worth it.
