Where to go for complaint???all mentioned about some kind of form to fill in..i dont see it at thier facebook or twitter...please help as i wish to lodge a complaint as well.thank you.

GEMFIVE RM25 voucher can buy what. I notice GEMFIVE is more for gadget (smartphone, tablets etc.). |

im using streamyx 1mbps package. i send them query regarding the free upgrade. They said, mine will get free upgrade starting from April 2017.
