Oh my, i received a drop in price to RM99. No news on unifi at the moment.

i missed out the Free upgrade from streamyx to Unifi. i only realize this things exist after 2 days the campaign end. called to TM they say cannot help.

Gonna say bye to them next week. go for maxis

Accepted. She mentioned that, there is currently no plan to offer Unifi to your neighbourhood, eventhough I can 'see' the cables around. The most is to check after few months. At least I can save some $ now.

haha..what did you said to them? mine after i said u guys offering unifi to ghost? baru diaorang nak setup booth after raya konon to get demands.. logic what... the no demand they already installed unifi even no people lives there yet...stupid planners.

Last time, TM CS cheated me, she cut my conversation before I even finish, n she also cheated me, said report has been made regarding my prob, but she did not .

I gave her 0 mark for feedback. TM called me asking for why? I told them story every bit of detail.

Macam fdp tapi usually white box. If fdp meaning unifi/maxis fibre lah.

I mentioned this earlier. I was stuck on Streamyx even though my area has Unifi coverage. Waiting for them to offer me free upgrade but nothing happened. In the end, I just logged in to the self-service portal and requested for an upgrade.

TM called and offered me their usual Unifi package but I wasn't keen because my Streamyx was only RM90 unlimited. I didn't want their 30Mbps plan because there's quota. And their 100Mbps was above my budget.

They said my name wasn't in the list so no free upgrade. After some talking, they said they have a 10Mbps unlimited package with Ruby Pack that they can offer me for the same price I was paying.

I suggest you speak to them and ask about the 10Mbps plan. In a way, it is a free upgrade to Unifi.

local tmpoint also seems can't answer my queries as well..keep using demand as excuses..in the end i just use the word those area no ppl live u guys serves unifi for hantu ka...and now the new excuse they said gonna setup booth konon to see my area got demand or not.

I can call to TM to decrease my Streamyx price ? I'm paying RM 140 per month for 4 Mbps.

countless aduan on livechat and mcmc aduan..use 1st page as format.. till some time they might call to offer price reduction as like others experienced

Keep reopened your MCMC report until they reduced the price..mine can get rm120 for 8mbps streamyx..i keep reopened my report since i saw someone in this forum can get RM99..I want to fight!🤣

Its sad that have to go through the primitive way to solve things, wouldn't it more efficient and fair if TM to give auto deduction for Streamyx users nationwide ?
