A HT suggested once that since many people pull youth after the economic update, ie Saturday, we should avoid doing the same. So other day will be the best.

I don't really know, sorry.... Oh, another thing is that the pool of players is based on region, ie Selangor 1 pool, Perak 1 pool etc. So i would guess if you scout at a crowded region, less chance maybe?

dunno whether its a case of bad luck ... if i call the scout in the morning, i get decent lad ... in the evening, i get poor/weak guys

Maybe you are right, I guess it might replenish around say 6am Malaysia time. Continue your experiment than maybe we can get a good conclusion.
