Last time there was 1 free (no salary) week, but IIRC it is no longer possible.

only can be done in youth team?

Only youth team allow individual training, however it is not that simple. Individual training will train useful skill based on position randomly. Eg inner midfield useful skill are passing, playmaking and defending. So 1 day he may received passing, the other day playmaking. Therefore I do not recommend individual training, since you can't really train 1 person passing 2nd person shooting etc.

i understand that youth guys get training on the position that he plays in ... 2 position can be trained at any time ... so lets say i train playmaking and winger ... and the youth player plays as striker ... what kind of improvement will i see?

When he got his team, he did nothing for the first week.
That will earn the achievement.

Almost none. ie no improvement, since playmaking and winger only train inner midfield (playmaking), winger (playmaking 50% and winger 100%) and wingback (winger 50%). Except osmosis, of course.

what would be considered the break even point for youth academy? ... lets say the investment per week is 80k ... a season will cost over 1 mil ... need to sell quite a few solid guys to achieve that (assuming the player is solid for 1 skill only, vergas pulls don't count since they are too epic)

Well, if you can promote 1 solid player age 17 years old per season, I'm sure you can get at least RM1 million. So anything above that is a bonus. Like the 5.5 million I'm going to get soon!!

Well not all my youth got sold at millions, I've check my records, some less, but overall youth academy is still profitable.

Looks like the more player you sell in a season, the less money per player, not suprising, since when you concentrate on a player, they become much better. And I always focus on youth training, that's why my youth team rarely win any matches!

Wow, slow down, hehe.

Well first, try not to list most of them like you did, listing them in the transfer maket cost RM4000 per player per listing, so may be costly to new team. Ok, in my standard your players are all crap, but everyone start with crappy players. You still need to use them first.

Try reading the wiki, and welcome, slow and steady.
