I couldn't give further comment on the grant thing for now as I don't follow up for quite some time but I won't be hesitate to ask for it. The grant was introduced when EW launched the Business Master Plan Series on 2 March 2016. It applies to the commercials of EW projects (of course not only BBCC loh) including the ones to be launched going forward in EM.

My dinner is tonight, another one next Saturday is the session for Ivoris/Brighton/Merrydale/Mellowood, next Sunday is the one for high rise buyers.

I agree that the success of the Ivoris and Brighton shoplots will weigh on the launch of Majestic City and their success in the future. The success of the initial commercials of a brand new township will escalate the confidence level to the commercial investors /buyers as these are a different class of buyers. EM has all the reasons to make the initial commercials a success for their own benefits too. They need to work out sth on it.

The presentation content will be the same but not sure whether Dato Chang will give the grant surprises (if there is) to the Ivoris and Brighton buyers which are the direct beneficiaries.

One thing mentioned was the launch of Eco Forest, around next year Chinese New Year, pricing around RM500k.

Met with some high networth buyers who hold multiple units in EM - sibeh strong / solid financial services

I hope it is the latest too whereby the hope for connection through Kesuma is still there. The advertisement was already up quietly couple of weeks ago but I think as usual if they start to do the awareness events actively then it shall be launched in 2 to 3 months from then.

Yeah, with the launch of Eco Forest, except for Eco Business Park V next to Eco Grandeur (if we are to consider it a separate piece from EG) and Eco Ardence, all landbanks within KV are under development. I remember Dato Chang in last year EW Conference mentioned about their fast execution ability from the point of complete acquisition of land to the launch is within 12 or 24 months (if I remember correctly).

On the part of land acquisition, I hold a slightly different view. Good landbank is hard to come by and acquiring good landbanks is always opportunistic. If they spot such an opportunity, I think their hands wll be itchy - the question then is the mode of funding.

It is Time responsibility to invest in their infrastructure leh. How possible to ask a developer to invest on the capex of a telco?
