For those who are interested in Harmoni, the end financiers include Affin, AIA, CIMB, Hong Leong, Maybank, OCBC, RHB and UOB. Not sure about other banks as sometimes it takes quite a while for them to do the empanelment.

Speaking of commercials, nowadays township developers have expedited the development of commies ie after the launch of first two or three residential phases / precints rather than waiting the houses delivered first like old days. This is good for the development of the township and also the residents. Taking EM for example I think the timing is quite nice ie Cradleton VP in 4Q16/1Q17 then taking few months for defect rectification and reno and then slowly move in whereas Ivoris will then VP in 2Q17 and without holding too long can consider start the biz along with the gradual vp of other precints like Tenderfields and Merrydale.
