1. Have anyone managed to convert physical sim to esim via sim management? I keep getting error "We’re sorry, the service is not available right now." I'm on the One X very old prepaid plan when it was first launched. Any idea why?

2. Once on esim, can convert back to physical sim? How?

How come I can no longer activate data from my onexox season pass. I tried using sms DATA FAT1 to activate 1gb but got an Invalid code error.

The Black App does not give me an option to Activate data from season pass.

Please help.

Only can activate minimum 2gb now.

Yes you're right.......now the minimum data plan can be activated from season pass is 2GB and minimum add on data is 512MB

Another thing to take note is prepaid users need to utilize any one of call,sms,data or top up within 365 days from the last usage to avoid prepaid being terminated.

According to information from onexox dealer,this FAT500 & FAT1 opens temporary till 31.01.2024

How come I only see this today? There's still no fat500 and fat1 for me? Or must use app or send to 22111 to activate fat1/500?

I'm usually using 500-900MB data per cycle, most of the time 500MB dah cukup.

My concern is the stopping of fat500 and fat1 as seen recently. Do you think it's wise for me to continue this fat500 and just add on as necessary? But who knows if they will change to minimum 1GB add on data instead of 500MB , right?
        Or better subscribe to fat1 (and waste a bit of unused data), and be assured of continuous subscription of fat1 even if they stop offering new fat1?

Anyone notice recent change in XOX (prepaid) that call forwarding is now disabled?

Just one month ago I set my number to forward all calls to my other number and now I'm stuck because the XOX support on FB tells me that call forward is not supported.

So from what I understand about the Season Pass for OneXOX Prepaid if I wanna use data for my plan is..

If I have 0GB Data left in my Season Pass, isn't it more worth it for me to buy and subscribe to a new FAT Data plan and pay for it with my credit balance (airtime)?

Vs buying for additional data via Data Pass, which is more expensive, then only subscribing to the FAT data plan to use data.

So buying from the Happy Hour promo adds the data into your Season Pass is it? And by Oren platform you mean Shopee right. Those are people sharing their data into your Season Pass for you?
But yeah both of these if it adds into Season Pass is very worth. Then later on only activate using the FAT data plans.
I was comparing the normal price for Season Pass data packages.
For example, 5GB = RM 30 for Season Pass data. Then I activate the data using FAT5 for 5GB plan.
Total cost = RM 30 for 5GB of data for 1 month.

However, if I subscribe to the FAT5 for 5GB data directly using my credit (not Season Pass), the price is only RM 12.
Difference is RM 18 in savings!

Also, are all these activated data using FAT useable for Hotspot sharing?
