Oh my. This is a bad news and 2GB per month is unnecessary for my mom as she hardly goes out and even if she’s out, she hardly checks the phone. I just wanted to subscribe the least data for her so that she could get WhatsApp calls and messages.

One Family supp line only open to new number and port-in.
500MB and 1GB data plan still available to users with data auto renewal subscribed till 31/12/2024 with conditions : -

1) Enough data in season pass at the time/date of data plan renewal(Deduction from season pass)

2) Don't have enough data in season pass but have enough airtimes/credits at the time/date of data plan renewal(Airtimes/credits deducted)

If you don't have enough data in season pass and not enough airtime/credits at the time of data plan renewal before 01/01/2025.......

then the data plan will be terminated automatically and if this happens on 01/01/2025 onwards.......your 500MB or 1GB data plan lapsed.

It's true and many users know that buying in shopee are very cheap but do take note that there's a risk of being terminated(Warning from onexox/xox)

Are you sure onexox/xox data speed can reach 1Gbps speed ? Which area ? Would like to try the speed if I'm happens to be at that area.

Never heard anyone around my place ever get this speed including onexox dealers.

My onexox black plan can only get the fastest data speed at around 400 Mbps since the day onexox on 5G but most of the time only at around 280 Mbps.

If XOX does the same, it would be bad for people who have a lot of season pass data on their account
