credit balance have no effects on your data, as long as your validity is not expired.

if you buy from Onexox dealers like us, we usually activated it and topup immediately..

Buy from dealer, ask the dealer top up for u once activate. Easy.

If u must buy from online yourself, I guess the 24 hours start counting from you receive and activate it...Not from the time u order it. Dealer here may assist to confirm.

You are required to make a first chargeable / answered call after your XOX number had been registered. Thereafter, you are required to perform a recharge of RM10 within 24 hours upon activation.
Please be informed that your 28-month validity period will be updated into your account within 14 working days upon successful activation.

missed call does not count as chargeable call...

u can call 12273 and hang up soon after the operator say something like 'Hello welcome to XOX bla bla bla'...this call is free for all onexox and xox user..

but we still have 30gb free for all users.

i thought the membership is to top-up rm30 during campaign period to auto join the club

cumulative topup rm30 per month is to validate you to get free 500mb for that month...total is 30gb..

to get the extra 6gb is by xox membership and only for those who have this card..
