From what you specified above,
DBP4 is about 20 sen / min calls, 8 cent SMS
1XOX is about 20 sen / min calls (18sen exact - outside network), 5 in network 10 sen out network SMS.

Tips: buy season pas 333 mins rm30, the rate will be 9 cent per min to all telcos

1. AFAIK, onexox does not have cooling off period. You can mnp out anytime.

2. In onexox, your credits wallet is divided into DA (Dedicated account for lower calls/sms rates) and MA (Main account for data subscription and other services).

3. If you're seeking for cost effective call rate then onexox with Super Season Pass voice minutes will give you 9 sen/minute (333minutes @ RM30). if you need more then you can buy more Season Pass during promo. These voice minutes does not expire and will last until your account terminated (upto 28 months validity or more).

4. Onexox also gives a total 1800 free sms (150x12months), so on-net sms doesn't cost you anything until you finish them off. The free sms also is carried forward every month until you finish them.

onexox is using celcom network, if you have decent celcom coverage then onexox could be what you're looking for.

which telco D plan ? my Bestv4 is also not following the original official rates nemore.

I think is best v4 is 6sec for first 10sec, 24sen for subsequent 2min and thereafter 24sen per min the latest i checked with CS.
