Different people got different usage pattern..
While the 28 months validity is one of the main highlights of onexox.. probably customer feels their usage matched with what onexox has to offer...

It's is confirm by the xox dealer i know.

There is also no passive grace period for OneXOX. It is not stated on website.

As some have tried to explain repeatedly, there are people with different needs and expectations other than the 28-month validity, thus their decision to port back to OneXOX.

Let's just accept the fact that people are all different one way or other, so whether there's a point depends pretty much on individuals.

It's not difficult to see here that some are looking for loopholes in the system of all the telcos, so maybe just move on if you don't see any particular features that attracts you. Who knows, you may decide to port back one day if you see something new and attractive. icon_rolleyes.gif

I am. Haha, waited this since i missed the last deal. The cheapest call rate for prepaid at the moment.

Wish that fnf contact could enjoy special charging rate and charging block in season pass to make it much attractive.

You can just send the sms "YES" to 23388

Additionally, if you're on Android, try search google play store for "OneXOX Season Pass" where the apps will show you the daily and permanent Season Pass offer and allows you to buy it...

Edit:
If.. for some unknown reason user cannot send the "YES" sms to 23388, they need to send the SMS code to buy the pass...
SMS code can be found on the website
http://onlinestore.xox.com.my/seasonpass/seasonpass.php

Click the "GET IT NOW!" button, and you can see the SMS code a bit down on the 2nd page.

I ported first time from Digi to XOX, having activated the line by making the first call

then downloaded the XOX app and checked the validity, still showed as 20 Feb 2017

how come?

What is the difference between season pass and data subscription? It seems that I have bought a season pass but I still need to subscribe data monthly at 500mb p/month.

DATA in Season Pass is stored in your account until you choose to activate it.
For example, you bought a 3GB Season Pass offer...
You can choose to to activate it instantly or later, in certain quota amount.
when you activate it, it'll deduct your Season Pass balance first

activate = subscribe data package
