I tried to draw data from my Season Pass the other day by sending DATA M500MB to 23388 and also 22111 but was unsuccessful, until I figured out how to do it from the app. tongue.gif

If I want to do it via SMS, should I have done 1XM500 instead, or what should be the correct code to draw 500MB for 1 month usage from the Season Pass? And is there a difference whether OneXOX users send such a request to 23388 or 22111? Or do we just happen to have a choice of either one?

I understand that those of us who draw from our Season Pass will not be subjected to auto-renewal. smile.gif

Hi ,
If you subscribe using SMS method with command as below the internet package will be auto-renewal.

Method 1
For 500MB/month type DATA M500MB and send to 23388
(For #prepaidplus, XOX Prepaid, Penang 1758)

Method 2
For 500MB/month type DATA M500MB and send to 22111
(For ONEXOX)

However, if you subscribe the internet using below method
there was NO auto-renewal.

Method 1
For 500MB/month type 1XD500 and send to 22111
(For ONEXOX).

With your OneXOX line valid for 28 months, any voice and/or data Season Pass package you buy will be valid for just as long.

On top of that, any top-up you make during these 28 months will extend the validity further, every RM1 for 1 day, as it's stackable.

It's not quite that simple for data under Season Pass. One can say the data you buy with Season Pass is valid for redemption during your credit validity period. You do need to redeem the data as internet passes that have their own limited validity.

A question on mnp to onexox

I have registered, pay rm10, receive simcard, and done verifying yesterday and receive a message saying process takes 3 working days max.
My digi prepaid will expire today with rm9 credit remaining.
Should i topup to maintain my digi line to remain valid?..topup rm5 will do...which will make digi available balance rm14...can i use/finished all the credit or i need to keep some amount so that the mnp process will go smooth?

Hi.. may i know when did the dealer process your request?
SOP for MNP is maximum 5 working days...
If the MNP failed, you should topup and the dealer should resubmit your MNP request...

But bear in mind, it's public holiday right now and dealers are advised to submit MNP application on non-public holidays...
You can try PM me your number and i'll try to check it for you...
