None of the welcome deals actually give you data that lasts the entire season pass (28 months)...

Parking here for latest news on XOX happy hour deals that give me sizable data I can park into my season pass... smile.gif

Yes, data no. Just the sim validity which enables you to receive calls and sms even when you have insufficient credit.

One number only has one time 28 months, subsequently just subscribe to one year for RM 25. Pretty affordable.

I plan to MNP my mom's number to XOX this weekend. Thinking of doing it at a dealer. Thing is, limited time to be there. So can the whole MNP process be done within a few hours time...or need several days?

You can try doing so by porting out/MNP to another telco and than port back into OneXOX. I read before previously of some users using this method.

Topup rm50, purchase validity 2X, u will get 2 years validity

Process normally about 24 hours after registration submitted (if no issue; no outstanding, name & ic matching etc)

2) The dealer submit your MNP request on the spot.

3) You make payment to the dealer.

4) You wait for the sms from your current telco provider to confirm your port out(May take several hours).

5) Reply the sms as soon as possible.

6) Wait till your current telco line to terminated(Upon approval) and then change to Onexox simcard(May take 1 to 5 working days).

Step 1 to 3 normally takes about 5-10 minutes to completed and you can move on as for step 4 to 6,you can do it anywhere else as long as you can receive and reply sms(From current telco provider).

Number 5 reply sms ASAP.
Mean the phone need to be in active during that time? If account in dormant or out of credit then it will not work?

Hi,late reply the sms for port out will cause the port out request be rejected by your current telco provider.

Prepaid line must have validity of 5 days and preferable have credit balance of RM1

Postpaid line can not have overdue amount from the latest bill.

Boss, during MNP at agent, does my mom have to be there as well (as the simcard/account holder) or I can just bring her IC & sign on her behalf?
