Normally when dealer submit your MNP in the morning and you reply the sms from Celcom ,you will get your Onexox line activated at night the same day.

hello, i have already MNP to xox but the number should terminated already because of expiry. Can i get new number and also the RM10 top-up that give 28 months validity?

New no to get 28 months validity need to purchase any welcome deal package within 10 days upon registration

Searched this thread and many said that after MNP should be able to get bank TAC after 3 working days. But I ported in since 3 working days ago and still not able to receive TAC. I already notified my bank last week on telco change.

Also I am not able to receive TAC for all online shopping namely laz, shopi etc. Anyone can share your experience please? I already called xox CS, until now they still can't fix it.

Yeah, not sure why they can sell so cheap. It is very obvious they stocked up earlier but I believe they should pay more to buy earlier? Not sure. blink.gif

IF yr banker happened to be PBB , u can sms " UPDATE" to ( gateway service provider ) 66300, and it works for me. 50sen charge for sms may apply.

The update actually is to inform Microlink ( aka PBB Gateway to update yr info into their systems )

XOX CS may not know of this unless they check with their technical support side.

Not sure about other banks as they may use other service providers for the Gateways

For CIMB , u may change at their atm machines ( maybe )

I did buy 10gb at super cheap price @ 1X with free xxx minutes, but now the dealer is unlisted ..( blacklisted )

Stupid question, how long does a number last (not terminated) being passive and long pause validity period?
