It is definitely weird if cannot receive wechat verification code becoz xox have wechat acoount .....

Verification code for me all is fine. I mnp in from hotlink

For me. This is very strange.
Might it be possible the number I bought is recycled from other user that's why got problem? Maybe MNP or something?

I bought the SIMpack online. I did not MNP anything myself.

already made a report to onexox customer service. they blame the sender. call the sender and they blame the operator

i also bought the new simpack online. don't know what's the problem. looks like the problem only happen to some user only

I email to their CS. They say will investigate yada yada, not reply yet.

So did they resolve the issue yet?

UBER verification does not work for me. Tried to create a voopee number and that was able to receive uber codes funnily.
Whatsapp verification does not work.

hmm....after i port in from celcom.........i sometimes get EDGE...at best HSPA+ with XOX

never once go over to LTE

when i was with celcom, i get LTE signal all the time......

speed download max 1mbps.....upload 3-5 mbps.......

i change the APN to XOX...nothing helps.........any suggestion??

Anyone got issues with receiving bank TAC codes?
Called uob to inform that I am using XOX on Thursday.

Till now I stil cannot receive TAC codes from UOB.

New number/MNP?

I have no problem receiving bank tac

I'm using m2u, cimb, hlb, bsn, kfh, uob

MNP.
Maybe just wait few more days for process to complete.

But the UBER thing is annoying for the new simpack. Dhave not check uber on this MNP number yet.

Normally will be okay within 3 working days
