You read through my mind. I was curious to know what exactly is the instantly activated thingy, now i get it. Since you already pointed out the main course between 2 of those. I know which one to pick now. Thank you very much for your time

No problem. Before hotlink 365 comes out I would suggest xox since 500mb per month only costs around rm5 if you buy season pass, but with hotlink 365 it averages 833mb per month at rm 1.67 if you buy 10gb rm20, costs a third and gives around 60% more data, and the data is flexible too

Also, if you need more savings, reload rm5 after validity ends, thus you just need to reload rm5 six times to get 360 days of validity, and the reload can be used for buying data. If you don't want the hassle, 365 days validity is also available

What does the 100 Mins and 333 Mins season pass means?

I'm currently searching for a prepaid data plan for longest validity and has minimal data plan which does not require frequent top up.

I already have digi infinite 150 for home broadband use.

I have Digi ambassador which has free calls package within digi network but the data only limited for whatsapp text message. Top up is available at RM 5 for 5GB for 7 days validity but i didnt finish 1GB at all unless i disconnect my home WIFI.

I just need very little data when do grocery shopping out there to scan mysejahtera and use waze for navigation, anything to recommend?  Too long never survey prepaid packages...

Do you need calls too? If yes xox is a better choice. 100mins and 333 mins are minutes you purchase for calls, and is used at 1minute/block. Using xox you can activate as little as 500mb per month. You need to purchase season pass data first for more savings

If you don't need calls or use a little only, hotlink 365 offers 10gb/year data for rm20, and the data is flexible, you can use all, some or nothing each month until your data depletes. Hotlink charges 30sen/min for calls, so calculate wisely.

For xox data, a year costs a maximum of rm30 for 6gb (using rm5 per gb as base) if you use 500mb per month, plus 333 mins costs rm30, totals rm60

While hotlink 10gb data costs rm20, and to make it even with xox you need to make rm40 worth of calls, or extend validity for rm30 and spare rm10 for calls. Of course you can save more by reloading rm5 every two months as any reload amount extends the validity for two months

Thanks a lot of the sharing.  I don't think i need calls.... My digi infinite 150 that i used at home already have free unlimited calls and my own digi ambassador also offer free calls within digi network.  Seems Hotlink may suits me better in this case.

If hotlink 365 does not exist I would have suggest you to go for xox. In fact I am using xox due to calls alongside with minimum internet usage. Glad you get the info you need

oh what is the different buy direct from one xox apps or dealer?

The Price

Buuuuttttt... Since you only need to use data for one day, daily data is cheap at rm3/1gb/day and rm5/2gb/day, considering normal rates of data is rm5 per 1gb

Even promotional price of season pass 13gb rm50 does not yields that much cost per gb if you take daily data

I prefer using ussd to buy data

Dial *150#, then 3 for internet, then 2 for normal package. There you will see options for 1gb rm3/day and 2gb rm5/day
