Charges for? Dial 12273 and ask cs for help, they see all changes done to your account, billing for prepaid iinm does not exist

If you did not see the word 'season pass' the data is activated straight upon purchase, therefore having only 30 days validity

If the ads wrote season pass, then the data is stored and not activated until user choose to activate according to the amount of data and validity preferred

Recent data happy hour took me aback, wondering when did they start selling the data with a part/all instant activation, instead of previously all happy hours data are season pass type

It may be few months back but I'm not sure because I rarely purchase data, only focused on minutes which is 100% guaranteed season pass type

Users must be aware of those bonus data of rm50 pricing, since now not 100% guaranteed every data will go to season pass instead

If users are meant to purchase rm50 worth of data and want to use them all in a month, better go for b59db with 44gb data instead

About the data seller, since xox impose season pass purchase limit, the data is probably legit. Some postpaid user who wants to reduce their monthly bill may sell their leftover data

Onexox used to brag about their Telco not allowing premium sms to go through, something makes the change of heart (you know I know)

This used to be the selling point for the technologically illiterate people since credit loss is practically impossible before, now I tell those people Unifi mobile is much2 better, no credit validity and your call is charged by the seconds, much more savings

If any of you have family members who usually ignores any sms, including these premium ones, you might be better help them manage their account

Always keep the account balance low, close to zero, and only reload whenever any season pass minutes are on sale. This helps reduce unwanted charges applied on their account

From app you get additional payment method, thru bank and card

Occasionally xox will do promotional season pass, for example today 555mins + 1GB for rm50

Yes, but you do not need to think too much about it

Just know that any usage will use the cheaper account first i.e. DA account, followed by MA account

But any purchase will use MA first and if amount is not enough it will consume the balance from DA

Yes, purchasable via credit, consuming MA first followed by DA if MA balance is not enough

But you have rm21.98, rather than buying validity for half year at rm18 you better reload another rm5 and purchase a year for rm25

Since it only opens to new customer, and must be purchased within 10 days of activation, does it mean you can only purchase it once in a lifetime (of the sim)? So this is not a monthly subscription? Why introduce such plan then? Make it permanent and open for existing customer la

Plus, data add on that is valid only until midnight, and furthermore cannot add data from season pass, why?

Hi,it is recommended for new users to purchase welcome deal to get 28 months validity and then purchase ESP30.

ESP30 is limited to ONE PURCHASE only per new prepaid user,not monthly subscription and no plan renewal.

For your other questions....... I think only Onexox got the answer.

Why cant they offer rm30 for 20gb hi speed plan...

Finally, they open to existing customer. I kinda like the plan since the daily usage limit is 700mb, just around my usage with the free data given currently, can control my usage, but the difference is to get this plan I need to pay 😭

According to tnc, the plan will be offered sparingly, not just today. Like usual happy hour season pass la, but it is named syok happy hour. Other tnc like 700mb/day applies

Monthly 500mb and 1gb still got in my app

First you select "0mb subscribe now >" button just below "reload" button on main page

Then after new page appears press "select package" and the carousel appears

6144 mb > 2048 mb > 5120 mb > 512 mb > 1024 mb > 2048 mb > 5120 mb > 10240 mb

Only second and third is weekly, others are monthly

However, I cant help you regarding to rm30 31gb as I haven't purchase it yet

Glad to hear the issue is resolved. Perhaps the system takes some times to update your subscription termination. The issue of xox is it does not allow add on from season pass while your current subscription is still active, only purchasable thru credit plus the add on is really expensive.

I just checked the faq, and the extra syox rm30 31gb is located under rewards tab if you had purchased and want to redeem. Remember, that pass has expiry date of one year.
