is throot tier-2 skill applicable as well if he is not team lead? or he has to be leader of the team?

they have reduce the odds of bios dropping for Special Missions.. even if you're to farm in Chapter 6 (hardest) for it. Well at least we still can farm everyday on it till max out our characters.
Better than characters like Sharon Rogers where there's no way to farm her other than via bio selectors or rank up tickets? |
